Maintenance checks – keep your records digital
Teletrack's QR-code-driven digital maintenance checks let operators and maintenance staff record activity against each asset, so failed checks and tag-outs are visible the next time the code is scanned at pre-start.

Did you know we have a digital maintenance check capability?
The heart of many of Teletrack's functions is the QR Code. We are able to customise for you to suit branding and other requirements. See below for some examples.
Scanning the QR Code allows operators and maintenance staff to digitally record maintenance activity which is then accessible by the QR Code later for record keeping.
If a maintenance check fails and a machine needs to be tagged out, operators will be able to see that when they scan the QR Code later if pre-starting the asset.
