Teletrack

Roadmap

What we're building next.

Q3 / Q4 2026: native mobile app, dashcam launch, cost / TCO reporting. Updated monthly.

Live now

Just shipped.

Five releases live for customers today — three landed with the June 2026 launch, two shipped in July.

Shipping next 3–6 months

On the runway.

In active build, with target ship windows within the next two quarters.

In active development

Further out, but in flight.

Active engineering work without a committed ship date yet — scope and timing firm up as we get closer.

Not on the roadmap

Things Teletrack isn't building — so you can plan around it.

We'd rather you find out here than after signing.

NHVR EWD approval

Teletrack is NOT pursuing NHVR Electronic Work Diary approval. For heavy-vehicle fatigue compliance you'll need an EWD-approved provider (EROAD, Hubfleet, Logmaster, Future Fleet, Fleet Complete). Teletrack positions around fleet visibility, scorecard, dashcam compliance — not fatigue regulation.

Lone worker / SOS / duress

On the future roadmap, but NOT actively in development today. If lone-worker safety is mission-critical for your fleet, talk to us before signing — we'll be honest about timeline.

Published uptime / SLA commitment

No formal 99.x% uptime number published today. AWS Sydney is high-availability by design, but we're not at the scale where formal SLA commitments make sense to publish. If you need an SLA-backed contract, enterprise / whitelabel deals can include negotiated SLA terms.

Self-serve training library / video knowledge base

We aren't building a self-serve training library. Knowledge bases tend to be out of date or wide of the question the customer actually needs answered, and they push customers away from the people who can answer the real question. Live training (phone, video conference, on-site for larger deployments) plus AU-based phone support during business hours and in-app chat cover the same need without the wiki-rot risk.

How we prioritise

Two principles guide what we build next.

Customer demand. Features that multiple customers ask for get rolled into the platform as shared development (no extra cost to the customer who asked). If a feature is genuinely unique to one customer, we'll quote it as exclusive paid custom development. See custom development.

AU-specific need. Teletrack is built for the Australian market — AU fleets, AU hire businesses, AU construction sites, AU OEM partners. Roadmap priorities skew toward what AU buyers actually need (CoR-adjacent reporting, AU mining-site compliance, AU rental industry workflows) rather than copying global enterprise platform features.

Want to influence what's next?

If you're a customer or partner with a specific roadmap need, talk to us. Shared development that helps multiple customers gets rolled into the platform; bespoke needs get quoted as custom development.
