Machinery OEMs

OEM-branded telematics products run on Teletrack. Custom domain, full visual rebrand, custom mobile app, custom feature set per partner.

OEM partners live

OEM partners ship branded telematics on Teletrack.

Each runs fully-branded: custom domain, custom logo / colours / typography, custom mobile app in the partner's app stores, custom feature set per partner. End customers see the OEM's brand from sign-in to sign-out. Teletrack is the platform underneath.

Lift Trace

Lift Equipt's branded telematics for lift equipment.

Magni

Magni's branded platform for rotating telehandlers.

Red Lift

LGMG Australia's branded telematics for scissor lifts and access equipment.

Iris

Why OEMs work with Teletrack

The build-vs-buy problem, solved.

'Build a platform' isn't a small project

Building a customer-facing telematics platform from scratch costs millions, takes years, and requires ongoing R&D investment most OEMs don't want to make. Buying off-the-shelf locks you into someone else's brand and someone else's hardware decisions.

Off-the-shelf doesn't fit OEM workflows

Generic fleet management platforms aren't built for OEM use cases — multi-tier sales (manufacturer → dealer → end customer), warranty and service tracking from connected machines, dealer portals, factory-fit telematics programmes. You need custom-built workflows on a solid platform.

Hardware lock-in is a constraint

Most platforms tie you to their hardware. As an OEM you may want to ship factory-fit telematics on your own preferred device — or integrate with what your customers already have. You can't if the platform vendor only sells their own brand.

Brand equity matters

Your customers buy your equipment because of your brand. Putting a third-party logo and dashboard in front of them dilutes that. You need the platform to be invisible.

How it works

Four pillars of the OEM whitelabel offer.

Architecture

Shared platform, bespoke surface per partner.

A single underlying Teletrack platform serves multiple OEM partner brands. Each partner gets their own customer-facing surface; the platform underneath is shared.

What's shared across all OEMs

  • The platform engine (tracking, geofencing, pre-starts, maintenance)
  • Hardware support (Digital Matter, TrakaX®, Teltonika, Ruptela + TopFlyTech / CalAmp integration)
  • AWS Sydney infrastructure
  • AU customer support (during business hours)
  • Ongoing platform updates and capability releases

What's bespoke per OEM

  • Customer-facing domain
  • Visual branding (logo, colours, typography)
  • Custom mobile app (in partner's app stores)
  • Feature set (which modules show; which don't)
  • OEM-specific workflows (e.g. cleaning-cycle reporting, lift planning, scissor-lift utilisation)

Fit

Who fits the OEM whitelabel model.

Whitelabel makes sense if you're

  • A machinery manufacturer or importer wanting to add connected-equipment as a value-add to your product line.
  • A large equipment rental group with the scale to justify a branded customer-facing platform.
  • An industrial service provider (cleaning, lifting, ground-engaging) whose customers expect digital visibility on site.
  • An OEM distributor running multi-tier sales where each tier needs a different view.

Whitelabel probably doesn't fit if you're

  • Running a single fleet of fewer than ~100 connected assets — standard Teletrack subscription is built for you.
  • Looking for a few-thousand-dollar setup with no custom scoping — whitelabel is custom development and the pricing reflects that.

Process

How a partnership starts

  1. 1

    Discovery call (free)

30 minutes. Tell us what you sell, who your customers are, what your branded telematics product needs to do.

  2. 2

Scoping engagement (paid; refundable against build)

Fixed scoping document covering custom features, domain, branding, mobile app submission, and feature toggles. You see exact scope and price before committing.

  3. 3

    Build

Hybrid pricing — hourly for smaller scope, fixed-price for larger. Shared development rolled into the platform; exclusive builds stay with you.

  4. 4

    Launch

Domain live, mobile apps in stores, branding approved, your team trained. Pilot customers onboarded under your brand.

  5. 5

    Ongoing

We keep the platform running. You own the customer relationship.

Commercial model

Custom development pricing — small builds hourly; larger builds fixed-price after paid scoping. Per-asset subscription aligned to standard Teletrack pricing (Track $21.90 / Track + Safety $26.90 / Track + PROSTART® $31.90), volume thresholds available for OEM-scale fleets. App store + domain costs are yours. Ongoing platform support included in the per-asset subscription.

Common questions

How long does a typical OEM whitelabel launch take?

Discovery: a single call. Scoping: 2–4 weeks. Build: 2–6 months depending on custom-feature depth. App store submission adds a few weeks. Most launched deployments have been 3–6 months end-to-end.

Do my customers see 'Teletrack' anywhere?

No. The product is fully whitelabelled — your domain, your branding, your app. Teletrack appears only in legal documentation (terms, privacy policy) and behind-the-scenes infrastructure.

Can I sell teletrack-supported hardware under my own brand?

We resell teletrack-supported hardware (TrakaX®, Digital Matter, Teltonika, Ruptela) as part of a whitelabel deployment. Re-branding the physical devices is a separate conversation — typically a custom packaging project on top of the platform whitelabel.

What about features you don't have today?

Two paths. If it's something other customers in your industry would benefit from, we add it as shared development (rolled to the platform; included in your subscription). If it's competitively exclusive, we quote it as exclusive paid development (you own the moat).

What happens if I leave Teletrack?

You retain your branding, your customers, your data. You'd need to transition to a new platform — we'd help with the data export. Standard contract terms apply: month-to-month underlying subscription, 30 days notice, no exit fees.

Can I run multiple sub-brands under one whitelabel arrangement?

Yes — some partners run multi-brand. We've architected the platform to support multi-tenant whitelabel where the parent OEM runs several distinct branded products on the same underlying subscription.

What customer support do my customers get?

You support your customers under your brand. Teletrack supports you. Some whitelabel partners contract additional customer-facing support coverage from us — that's part of the scoping conversation.

Are there existing OEMs in my equipment category already on Teletrack?

We can tell you in discovery whether there's an exclusivity conflict. Generally yes — Teletrack will share with you whether a competing OEM in your category is already partnered. Some partner categories are exclusive (negotiated as part of the deal); most are non-exclusive.
