Teletrack

Services

Teletrack services — beyond the platform.

A telematics subscription gets you the software. Getting it running well across your fleet — and keeping it running — takes more. Onboarding, training, migration from your current platform, professional services for the bespoke work, and full custom development when you need something built. Most of it is included in your subscription. The rest is quoted plainly.

What we do, beyond the software

Five services sit alongside the Teletrack platform.

Custom Development is the flagship; the other four cover the lifecycle from first day to fleet-wide rollout.

How we work

  1. 1

    Demo or discovery call

30 minutes. We show you the platform on your hardware, talk through your fleet, and tell you honestly whether Teletrack is the right fit. No hard sell.

  2. 2

    Quote and scoping

For standard subscription, get a quote directly from the platform. For services that need scoping — custom development, complex migrations, professional services — we'll send a written scope and fixed price (or hourly for small work).

  3. 3

    Onboarding and rollout

Once you're in, your Implementation Consultant runs the rollout. 1–2 weeks for a typical 10–50 asset fleet; longer for larger fleets or multi-site coordination.

Common questions

Are services included in my subscription or charged separately?

Most are included. Onboarding, standard training, standard data migration, ongoing phone support, future platform upgrades — all included in your monthly per-asset subscription. What's quoted separately is bespoke work — custom development, custom reports our team builds using AI on request, complex migrations, multi-site coordination beyond standard scope, and scheduled refresher training programmes. We'll always tell you upfront whether a piece of work is included or quoted.

Do you do telematics consultancy?

In a limited way. We'll happily talk through your fleet, your current platform, and what makes sense to change — that's part of the demo or discovery call. For deeper strategy work (tender responses, multi-vendor procurement, fleet rationalisation across business units), we'll quote it as professional services. We don't pretend to be a standalone consultancy.

Can I self-serve onboarding without an Implementation Consultant?

Not today. Every paying customer gets an Implementation Consultant assigned. We've found that even small fleets get better outcomes when there's a person on the other end of the phone for the first two weeks. If you'd like to do more yourself, your Consultant will hand you the wheel — but you won't be left to figure it out alone.

Is there a self-serve training library I can use?

Not at the moment. Live training sessions are how we run it today — phone, video conference, or on-site for larger deployments. A self-serve library is on the open items list; we'll publish it when it exists, not before.

Do you offer 24/7 support?

No. Support is business hours, Australian-based. We don't publish a named SLA. If you need 24/7 cover for a critical deployment, talk to us during scoping — we can structure a bespoke support arrangement as part of a professional services engagement, but it's not part of the standard subscription.

Talk to us about what you need

Whether it's a standard subscription with onboarding, a migration from your current platform, or a custom build — start with a demo or a quote.

Need help scoping?

A 30-minute call is usually all it takes to figure out what's bundled, what's quoted, and how long it'll take.
