Integrations

Digital Matter devices. We integrate directly with Digital Matter devices on the Teletrack platform. The same integration can also be run via the Digital Matter Device Manager when that's how your fleet is configured — either path works.

Teltonika and other tracking systems via AEMP 2.0. We integrate directly with Teltonika hardware, and any other AEMP 2.0-compatible tracking system can feed data into Teletrack via the AEMP 2.0 standard. Useful when a customer arrives with an existing mixed-vendor fleet and doesn't want to rip and replace.

Ruptela and TrakaX®. Same platform-native integration as Digital Matter — devices come configured for Teletrack and start reporting on connection.

TopFlyTech and CalAmp. Integration-only — we don't resell the hardware, but if your fleet already runs it, we'll pull the data into Teletrack alongside everything else.

Hammertech — FLAGSHIP integration. Full SSO and workflow integration for Tier 1 sites. Operator competency, ticket validity, and induction status flow into PROSTART® so the pre-start gates on what Hammertech says. Completed pre-starts and incidents flow back. See Hammertech integration.

Rental ERPs: HirePOS (bidirectional asset + customer sync), MCS, Syrinx (Point of Rental), Latner ERP. Hire businesses run their billing in the ERP and operations in Teletrack — these integrations keep the asset register and customer records in sync.

In the meantime, approved timesheets export as CSV in a format your payroll team can import to Xero, MYOB, KeyPay, Cloud Payroll, and most other AU payroll systems. The CSV path also covers ERPs we don't have a dedicated integration with today (HirePOS, Syrinx, and others) where customers already work that way.

If you need Teletrack data flowing into a system we don't yet integrate with — your CMMS, your finance platform, your BI tool, an internal app your team built — talk to us and we'll make it happen. The platform has an open REST API and webhooks; everything we collect is available to be pulled or pushed to wherever you need it. Most custom integrations get scoped as shared development (no extra cost when the integration helps multiple customers) or as paid custom development if the need is unique to one fleet.
