The FMM003 is Teltonika's plug-and-play OBD tracker. Push it into the OBD-II port, drive 30 seconds, and the vehicle is on the Teletrack platform. 4G LTE Cat M1 with 2G fallback, multi-constellation GNSS, BLE 4.0 for nearby sensors and ID tags, and an internal backup battery that fires a disconnect alert the moment someone unplugs it. Reads OEM odometer, fuel level, RPM, and DTC fault codes straight from the OBD bus. The fast path to fleet visibility on utes, vans, hatches, and light commercial.

PROSTART®
Pre-start check supported. Immobilisation not.
Pre-start check — supported. Operators complete the pre-start questionnaire in the Teletrack operator app before they drive. Completed checks log against the vehicle's history and trigger maintenance work orders on a failure.
Immobilisation — not supported. The FMM003 is an OBD plug-in with no relay output, so it cannot physically prevent the vehicle from starting. If you need machine-gated pre-start safety — no pre-start, no power — step up to the hardwired FMM250 in light commercial, or one of the heavy-duty hardwired options.
For documentation-and-audit-trail PROSTART®, the FMM003 works fine. For the hard-stop, you need a hardwired model.

Professional install
For large rollouts where you want a partner to sweep the depot and plug every vehicle in one visit. Quoted per vehicle by location and fleet size.
Customer-arranged auto-electrician
Common for rental and lease fleets that want a tamper-resistant cable-tied install logged against each VIN. We provide install diagrams and phone support.
