OEM Whitelabel

OEM partners already ship branded telematics on Teletrack. Custom domain, app, feature set per partner.

Lift Trace — Lift Equipt

Lift equipment and Bobcat material handling. Lift Equipt distributes Bobcat material handling equipment alongside their wider lift product line and ships connected lift and material-handling equipment to their customers under the Lift Trace brand. The Teletrack platform handles tracking, telemetry, and customer-facing portal.

Magni

Rotating telehandlers. Magni's connected telehandlers run on Teletrack telematics behind the Magni-branded interface.

Red Lift — LGMG Australia

Scissor lifts and access. LGMG Australia distributes the Red Lift connected-equipment platform across their AU dealer and rental customer base. Multi-tenant, dealer-aware, end-customer-facing.

Iris — Tennant Company

Industrial cleaning machines. Iris is Tennant's connected fleet management product for sweepers, scrubbers, and industrial cleaning equipment. Designed for the specific demands of cleaning fleets — utilisation cycles, water and chemical usage, route optimisation.

All Connect — All Lift

Crane hire and lifting services. All Lift runs All Connect for their crane fleet — covering lift planning, machine telemetry, on-site safety records, and customer-facing visibility.

Connect FM — Conquest Equipment

Sweepers and scrubbers. Conquest Equipment delivers Connect FM as their branded telematics offer for facilities management customers running cleaning equipment fleets.

What's included

What "whitelabel" means in practice

Not skinning a logo onto our app. A genuine OEM-grade telematics product on your domain, your branding, your app stores, your feature set.

Custom domain

Your partners log in at yourbrand.com.au — never teletrack.app. SSL, DNS, infrastructure handled.

Full visual rebrand

Your logo, your colours, your typography, your login screen, your in-app artwork. Your customers see your brand from sign-in to sign-out.

Custom mobile app

Your branded iOS and Android app distributed via your partner's app store accounts. Submitted under your developer name. Your customers download "Your Brand" from the App Store, not Teletrack.

Custom feature set per partner

Different OEMs see different feature sets in their portal. You enable what's relevant to your product. Hide what's not. Add what you need.

How it works

How a whitelabel partnership comes together

  1. 1

    Discovery call (free)

We understand what you sell, who your customers are, and what your branded telematics product needs to do. No commitment.

  2. 2

Scoping engagement (paid; refundable against build)

We produce a fixed scoping document covering custom features, custom domain, branding requirements, mobile app submission, and feature toggles. You see exact scope and price before you commit to build.

  3. 3

    Build

We deliver the custom development. Shared development (features that benefit other partners) gets rolled into the platform; exclusive paid builds stay with you.

  4. 4

    Launch

Domain live, mobile apps in stores, branding approved, your team trained. Pilot customers onboarded under your brand.

  5. 5

    Ongoing support

We support the underlying platform — uptime, backups, hardware integration, security patches. You own the customer relationship.

Fit

Who fits the whitelabel model

Whitelabel makes sense if you're:

  • A machinery manufacturer or importer wanting to add connected-equipment as a value-add to your product line.
  • A large equipment rental group with the scale to justify a branded customer-facing platform.
  • An industrial service provider (cleaning, lifting, ground engaging) whose customers expect digital visibility into your fleet on their site.
  • An OEM distributor running multi-tier sales (manufacturer → dealer → end customer) where each tier needs a different view.

Whitelabel doesn't make sense if you're:

  • Running a single fleet of fewer than ~100 connected assets — the standard Teletrack product is built for you already.
  • Looking for a few-thousand-dollar setup with no scoping — whitelabel is custom dev and pricing reflects that.

Commercial model

How it's priced

Whitelabel pricing is negotiated per partner against the feature set you want, the volume you bring, and the other commercial specifics that come up during scoping. The standard Teletrack pricing tiers — Track at $21.90 / asset / month, Track + Safety at $26.90, Track + PROSTART® at $31.90 — are the published baseline the deal is shaped against.

  • Custom development. Small builds quoted hourly; larger builds fixed-price after a paid scoping document (refundable against build).
  • Per-asset subscription. Negotiated against your volume and your feature set, anchored to the published tiers. Volume thresholds available — talk to us about your scale.
  • App store and domain costs. Customer pays (your developer accounts, your DNS).
  • Ongoing platform support included. Underlying platform uptime, backups, hardware integration, security — all part of the subscription.

The discovery call is free. Bring your asset count and your custom feature wish list and we'll talk through the shape of the deal before any commitment.

Common questions

How long does a typical whitelabel launch take?

Discovery is a single call. Timeframe 2–4 weeks for a straightforward rebrand. Mobile app store submission adds 2–3 months.

Do my customers see "Teletrack" anywhere?

No. The product is fully whitelabelled — your domain, your branding, your app. The only references to Teletrack are in legal documentation (terms of service, privacy policy) and behind-the-scenes infrastructure.

Can I sell Teletrack hardware (TrakaX®, Digital Matter, Teltonika, Ruptela) under my own brand?

We resell teletrack-supported hardware as part of a whitelabel deployment. Re-branding the physical devices is a separate conversation — typically a custom packaging / labelling project on top of the platform whitelabel.

What if my customers want capabilities you don't have?

Two paths. If it's a feature other customers would also benefit from, we'll add it to the shared roadmap and roll it into the platform — included in your subscription. If it's exclusive to your product, we'll quote an exclusive-paid build. You decide which path. See custom development.

What happens to my whitelabel product if I leave Teletrack?

You retain your branding, your customer relationships, your data. You'd need to find a new underlying platform — which we'd help you transition to, including a full data export. There are no lock-in penalties. Standard Teletrack contract terms apply: month-to-month, 30 days notice.

Do my customers get the same support Teletrack customers get?

You support your customers under your brand. Teletrack supports you. Your customer-facing support is owned by your team; we keep the platform running behind it. Some whitelabel partners contract additional support coverage from us — that's part of the scoping conversation.
