Five-minute DIY install
Locate the OBD-II port (typically under the steering column on cars post-2008), plug the device in, and within a minute or two it reports its first position. The device powers up off the car's 12V circuit. No tools, no auto-electrician, no cutting wires. If you sell the car, unplug and take it with you.
Y-Splitter cable included. Every plug-in tracker ships with a Y-Splitter harness so you can keep the OBD port free for diagnostics and hide the tracker itself under the dash, secured in place with a zip-tie. Concealed install, no auto-electrician needed.
Common questions
Will the OBD plug-in fit my car?
OBD-II ports are standard on most cars built after 2008 in Australia. Check under the steering column for a 16-pin trapezoid socket — that's it. Ask us before you buy if you're unsure.
Can the car owner tell the tracker is there?
The device is small and sits low under the dashboard. It's visible if someone looks for it. We don't supply hidden or covert trackers — what we provide is a legitimate consumer device.
What happens if my car gets stolen?
Alert us immediately. Our support team helps you locate the vehicle on the live map and coordinates with police using the platform's location data. We've helped customers recover stolen vehicles, but we don't guarantee recovery — outcomes depend on the situation and police involvement.
Is there a contract?
Month-to-month, no lock-in, 30 days notice. Cancel any time. Hardware is upfront — $250 + GST.
Is my data hosted in Australia?
Yes. The platform runs on AWS Sydney. Your location data stays in Australia. We don't sell or share customer data. Privacy Act 1988 and NDB scheme aligned.
