Build induction modules with review content (YouTube videos, PDFs) and scored multiple-choice questions. Operators complete them from any phone, tablet, or browser. Completion is logged in the immutable audit trail.

Capture every operator's high-risk work licence (HRWL), forklift ticket, EWP ticket, working at heights, confined space, white card — anything you need to track. Set expiry dates. Get automated alerts at 90 / 60 / 30 days out.

Build your own competency questionnaires for every induction. The guide creator picks the YouTube video or PDF content for operators to review, then writes a series of multiple-choice questions that the platform scores automatically. Pass the threshold, competency is recorded; fail, the operator can resit. No paper, no manual marking.

Drop in a YouTube video — site induction, safety procedure, equipment walkthrough — and the operator watches it inside the platform before answering the questions.

PDF document content

Attach a PDF — operating manual, SWMS, site map, safety brief — for operators to review on the device before the questions. The PDF is part of the audit trail.

Scored multiple-choice questions

Write the questions, define the correct answer, and set a pass threshold. The platform scores the submission automatically — no manual marking, no spreadsheet reconciliation.

Pass / resit logic

Operators below the pass threshold can resit. Every attempt is logged with timestamp and score. Competency records only update when a passing score is achieved.

Pre-starts and dockets each use their own builder tuned for what those workflows need; inductions has its own competency questionnaire builder tuned for review-then-score. The operator experience is consistent across all three — same login, same app, same audit trail — but the authoring tools are purpose-built per workflow.

Inductions feed PROSTART® pre-start gating

Operator competency records from the Inductions module flow into PROSTART® pre-starts. If an operator's induction is incomplete, expired, or doesn't cover the machine they're trying to start, the pre-start gates the machine. Forklift ticket expired? Forklift pre-start fails.

How much does it cost?

Can I build my own induction questionnaires?

Yes — that's the competency questionnaire builder. The guide creator picks the YouTube video or PDF content for the operator to review, writes a series of multiple-choice questions, sets the correct answers and a pass threshold, and the platform scores submissions automatically. Your safety team owns the content; operators below the threshold can resit. No paper, no manual marking.

Do operators need to be physically on site to complete an induction?

No — inductions can be completed from any device with a browser. Operators can do the induction at home, in the depot, or on site. Completion is GPS-stamped if the operator's device shares location, but that's not required.

What happens when a ticket expires?

Three things. (1) Automated alert fires to the operator, supervisor, and safety team at configurable intervals. (2) If PROSTART® is enabled, the pre-start gates the machine the moment the ticket expires — the operator can't start it. (3) If CRM + email marketing is on, a renewal email sequence fires automatically.

Does this integrate with Hammertech?

Yes. For Tier 1 and Tier 2 sites, induction status and ticket validity sync between Hammertech and Teletrack. The pre-start gates on what Hammertech says. See the Hammertech integration.

Can I import existing induction records?

Yes — CSV import for operators, tickets, expiry dates, and completion history. We'll help bulk-load during onboarding.
